Hamid Graduated -with honors- from The University of Toronto’s School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture in 1998.

He started his professional career through internship with the Ontario Association of Architects in Toronto. Having Davis Oleson (Oleson Worland Architects) as his Mentor, he had the good fortune of working with some of the best Architects in North America Such as Jim Strasman (Strasman Architects Inc), and Jay Bigelow, Brian Andrew and Carl Blanchaer (WZMH Architects).

He started HK Architects in 2009.
